Billing - produce professional looking bills on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual basis, at the click of a mouse. Produce duplicate bills if needed and credit notes for refunds. Full VAT details shown if you are registered and VAT100 produced at the end of each period. A handy VAT calculator is included to get your tariffs including VAT right. Multiple VAT rate facilities, too.
Control - booking in and out for caravans and visitors, so you always know who was on site and when. Caravans can be booked in or out in advance, with a report for movements expected on a particular date. Graphical display of caravans on site, off site and pitches vacant. You will always know how many caravans you have on site, how many are off site and how many caravans you should have. Reports to help you carry out a stock check! Uses RFID tags to control the movements of caravans and people.
