Q: Why should I buy this software in the
current economic climate?
A: Because it can save you money! You may have been thinking
of hiring someone new to help with the myriad of jobs you have to do
or paying existing employees overtime to get those bills out.
Once the data has been entered (and you only need to do it once)
producing bills really is as easy as clicking your mouse button.
Monitoring the bills for payment and taking and logging payments is
just as easy. What used to take you days or even weeks (our
first customer spent the best part of a month twice a year just
writing out bills!) will now be finished in hours - including
printing the bills and putting them in envelopes. Even
printing address labels is now super quick! Why pay someone
else when you can get the job completed and be on to something else?
Another money saver is more subtle - if you get the bills out
quicker, you potentially get payments into the bank quicker.

With Caravan Storage Manager, you can quickly see the invoicing
value of caravans on your site, so planning becomes easier.
Q: Aren't computers and software
difficult to use?
A: Not at all! This software has been
specifically designed to be easy to use for people with little or no
computing experience. It was first written in 2000 and has
been improved beyond recognition since then, based on our customers'
feedback. All versions before this were fully customized to
each customer's requirements. You are now getting the full
benefit of their experience!
A comprehensive, illustrated User Guide with over 90 pages is
provided, in PDF format, with the software. Help is always at
hand by emailing
support@diversityprojects.co.uk, describing what the problem is
in as much detail as possible. We aim to respond as quickly as
possible and certainly within 24 hours.
Q: I'm still not convinced. Can I see the software
working on a Caravan Storage Site or talk to someone already using
the software?
