Caravan Storage Manager Version 5

This is the version for the site owner who doesn't need all of the functionality provided in the Ultimate version but still wants full control.

CSM V5 Core Module

This is the basis for all the other V5 Modules.  You can enter details of customers and caravans, tariffs, towing vehicles, insurance, etc.  Print and Preview reports on all aspects of storage.  Print and Preview invoices, credit notes, site rules, the CaSSOA Contract and address labels.  See instantly how many pitches you have, which are vacant and which are occupied on and off site.  Choose how you want your reports printed - if you don't have a word processor, CSM V5 comes with all its reports built in.  If you would prefer to have full control over the format of your customer facing reports (invoices, etc.) then ask for either the MS Word 2007 version or the 'Other Word Processor' version.  It leaves you in complete control! 

CSM V5 VAT Module

In conjunction with the core module, this will give you complete visibility of the VAT element of your invoices, with a multi VAT rate facility.  Easy to change the current, default VAT rate (from 17.5% to 15% and back again!).  Extra reports are provided, along with the Form VAT100 in HMRC format.  A VAT calculator is provided, to ease the creation of new tariffs.

CSM V5 Archiving Module

This module enables you to archive customers and caravans, then restore them back at a later date.  It is also useful for transferring caravans from one customer to another, saving much re-typing!  Also included is a one-click database backup facility.  It shows you which discs are available, including networked discs and creates a date/time stamped backup on that disc.

CSM V5 Booking In & Out Module

You can book caravans in and out, either at the time or in advance.  You can also book visitors in and out.  The module provides reports of date/time stamped movements for your site which can be useful for finding what was happening and who was on site if damage, vandalism or theft  occurred.  The reports can also be useful for showing traffic volumes when preparing for a planning application.

CSM V5 RFID Control Module

This replaces the need for the booking in and out module (unless you want to have the facility to book caravans in and out in advance).  Caravans and cars are fitted with a Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) tag.  As the outfit approaches the gate, the Caravan Storage Manager software recognises the paired tags and allows entry or exit.  Non paired tags or caravans with a towcar which has no tag will not be allowed off the site.  If you wish to restrict the times when caravans are allowed on or off site, valid time periods can be set for all customers or for individual customers.   When a customer has not paid their last bill, the tag will be automatically disabled and the caravan will not be allowed off the site.  Payment will automatically reinstate the tag.  If you wish to be informed when a particular customer enters the site, the system can be set to alarm and tell you the customer has arrived.  This module allows you to operate the site on a fully automatic 24x7 basis.  It must be used in conjunction with the hardware system as supplied by RFIQ Ltd.

CSM V5 Container Storage Module

We have produced the functionality to manage container storage in the past and can do again, if the demand is there.  It works like this - once a customer's details have been entered, you have the option of entering caravan or container details.  When you have made the choice, the other option will disappear, making it clear what sort of customer is displayed.  All the information you'd expect to be held for a container customer (type, location and size of container, with relevant dates and contract details) is available.  All you have to do is enter the information once and commence billing the customer (monthly is the usual period).  It really couldn't be easier!
